This 33 year old woman required the full "profileplasty".  She requested nasal rhinoplasty to reduce the nasal bump and a chin implant to build up her chin. Concurrently, endoscopic liposhaving of the neck helped to improve the contour of her neck. These three procedures together provided the necessary steps to balance her profile.

22 year old female requesting a "not such an EXTREME MAKEOVER."  She required four areas of refinement all performed at one time (chin, neck, nose and lips).  She underwent chin implant, liposculpture and plastymaplasty of her neck (tightening the submental muscle and fat removal) with refinement rhinoplasty (nasal reshaping) with Restylane lip enhancement.  She was quite pleased with her makeover.
