Last year, NY Facial Plastics announced the opening of NY Facial MediSpa, an aesthetic service complimenting the facial plastic surgery being offered by our practice. We believe this will satisfy the growing needs of our patients. NY Facial MediSpa is conveniently located within our office at 3003 New Hyde Park Road, Suite 409, in Lake Success. We will be offering the services of a licensed aesthetician and a new state of the art Pulsed Light System.
Our licensed aesthetician, Francine Schnabel, has been in the facial cosmetic industry for 20 years and will offer a variety of skin care procedures including facials and massage targeting specific skin care needs, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. She will be addressing the concerns of our female, male, and adolescent patients alike.
Pulsed Light Photofacials, and Laser Hair Removal will be performed with our new state-of-the-art laser, treating sun spots, age spots, rosacea and spider veins. This will complement the cosmetic services already performed including the latest fillers (Radiesse, Juvederm, and Restylane), BOTOX® and the full complement of facial plastic surgical procedures. When you arrive for a consultation, you will have a full skin analysis which will help us tailor an individual treatment plan and home care regimen specifically designed for you.
In addition, you may take advantage of Francine’s expertise in helping you manage your skin care needs at home. We offer SkinMedica, a cosmeceutical skin care line only available through a physician’s office. This medical grade skin care line may be used at home to help you maintain your skin’s natural beauty in conjunction with our in-office treatments.
In addition, the daily makeup used should also enhance the health of your skin. Jane Iredale cosmetic line is the industry leader in its mineral based makeup line and is a true extension of skin care. It will make your skin healthy through its natural healing and anti-inflammatory properties. The minerals contain a built in SPF affording instant broad-spectrum chemical-free sun protection so your skin will be protected from daily incidental sun exposure.
NY Facial MediSpa offers the latest techniques for facial skin care which include facial peels, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, photofacials (harmonizing skin texture and tone) and permanent hair reduction.
